Job Description

 

FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT
– Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
– Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD) into clean, maintainable code
– Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
– Optimize frontend performance (code splitting, lazy loading, SEO basics)
– Maintain design consistency using component libraries or design systems

BACKEND DEVELOPMENT
– Integrate third-party services (payments, email, analytics, CMS, APIs)
– Ensure data security, validation, and error handling
– Write reusable, modular, and testable backend code

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

– 2–5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer (agency experience is a plus)
– Experience with Headless CMS setups (WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot)
– Strong experience with WordPress development, including:
– Custom theme and plugin development
– Working with ACF, custom post types, and taxonomies
– Customizing and extending existing themes
– Performance optimization and security best practices
– Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
– Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, or component-based design systems
– Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress and web applications-
– Experience with testing tools (Jest, Playwright)
– Mentoring or code-review experience
