Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing digital agency team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple website and digital projects simultaneously.

As a Project Manager, you will own kickoff to delivery of multiple projects for a single client at any given time, balancing priorities, timelines, communication, and execution quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily client communication and maintain strong client partnerships
• Manage multiple projects under a single client account simultaneously
• Stay on top of the pipeline of incoming builds and ongoing projects
• Help plan team resourcing and project allocation based on priorities and timelines
• Report blockers, risks, concerns, and project updates to the internal team proactively
• Review design files, project scopes, and technical requirements before development
• Coordinate closely with developers, designers, QA, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
•  Manage timelines, deliverables, priorities, and project expectations
• Lead internal meetings, status updates, and project planning discussions
•  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Identify process improvements and help optimize project workflows

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years experience in project management within a digital agency, web agency, or creative agency environment
• Proven experience managing website builds
• Experience managing multiple projects and retainers for the same client account
• Strong understanding of web development workflows, UI/UX processes, and technical project requirements
• Excellent client communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, or similar
• Ability to confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams is a plus

• Experience working with custom CMS platforms
• Strong understanding of software development processes and workflows
• Experience with Agile workflows or Scrum methodologies
• Background in WordPress, Shopify, or custom web development projects
